CA-STEM Grade K-12 Alumni

The National Science Foundation (NSF) supported our K-8 efforts at the middle school level from 2003 to 2008 as part of the GK-12 Learning Partnerships grant (DGE 0231611 for $1.7 million). An additional NSF GK-12 Learning Partnerships grant (DGE-0638719 for $1.7 million) supported out efforts from 2007-2012 at the elementary and middle school levels. Another NSF grant, Broadening Participation in Middle School through Undergraduate Study (CNS-0739233), completed the pipeline by providing support for interventions at the high school and college levels.

The NSF has provided numerous such grants to schools around the country as a part of it's Graduate STEM Fellows in K-12 Education (GK-12) Program. To search for alumni of this program, including those who participated in the program at the Colorado School of Mines (CSM), or to join the alumni database, please go to their GK-12 Graduate STEM Fellows in K-12 Education alumni page. This website also provides information about current and past GK-12 projects, opportunities for GK-12 fellows and teachers, international activites, meetings and news items.
